If the movies are downloaded to your computer then you could use Plex as a media server, then use the Plex app on your phone to stream them to your TV.*
* Requires a means of connecting the TV to the computer. I use a Chromecast device.0 -
don,t buy a c%ap chineeze made android box , load xbmc/kodi onto your computer and project it ,
there is a version set up free download , its called TVMC available here , http://www.tvaddons.ag/tvmc-windows/ from there , you can then start reading how to configure a "xbmc/kodi" box , the same as you would have to do , if you bought from china0 -

Pressing the \ key will make the screen windowed rather than full screen.0 -
umm , just tried it on win 10 , which uses classic shell , with TVMC open , if you press the windows key , the start menu shows up as well as the taskbar , I have IE on the task bar and can click on it to open , TVMC appears on the task bar , and clicking it re opens TVMC ,
as above is what I meant when I said to get IE (or other browser) running whilst in TVMC.
what you suggest will also work , and is a good suggestion0
