Win a box of beef from A Cut Above worth £50. One lucky winner will get their hands on a bevvy of beefy delights including steaks, brisket, burgers and more. A Cut Above produce their beef from their own herd of pedigree British Limousins on their family farm in the heart of County Durham. The beef is dry aged for a minimum of 18 days on the bone to give a superior flavour and texture, before being expertly cut by local butchers Joe Simpson at Cockfield.
Included in the beef box:
1 pack of 2 x 250g sirloin steaks
1 pack of 2 x 250g rump steaks
1kg rolled brisket
2 packs of 500g braising steak or stewing steak or shin of beef
3 packs of 500g mince
1 pack of 4 quarter pounder beef burgers
Prize must be collected by the end of November, prize collection date to be arranged prior to collection.
