Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. Entry is not open to residents of Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

2. Entrants to the prize draw must have a full valid UK driver’s licence.

3. Entry to the competition can be gained at various locations around Leicester for the duration of the 6 month promotional campaign, or via the online Just Giving form hosted on the Total Motion website http://www.totalmotion.co.uk/donate between the dates Saturday 24th October 2015 and Friday 22nd April 2016.

4. Start date for prize draw entry is Saturday 24th October 2015. Closing date for receipt of all entries is Friday 22nd April 2016 at 11:59pm.

5. There will be one winner picked at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner will receive one Mini [Cooper/One] vehicle for the duration of 12 months or a maximum of 20,000 miles (whichever comes first).

6. Insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of their ownership.

7. Appropriate insurance must be in place at time of collection and a valid original copy of either the cover note/certificate of insurance must be shown at time of collection and release of the prize.

8. Both original parts of a full valid UK driving licence is necessary along with photo ID prior to receipt of the vehicle, which must be shown at time of collection and release of the prize.

9. Any failure of the above conditions will result in the winner not being able to collect and be issued with their prize.

10. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.

11. There will be one winner only who will be selected randomly via an independent adjudicator.

12. Valid proof of purchase (entry ticket, Just Giving number or proof of mobile phone number in the form of a bill) and proof of identity will be required by Total Motion for checking prize winner eligibility.

13. The winner will be announced at the last but one Leicester City FC home game vs Swansea City on Saturday 23rd April 2016. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and promotional activities, and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win.

14. The winner has 7 days to claim the prize following the announcement on Saturday 23rd April 2016. If the prize is not claimed after those 7 days, then a supplementary winner may be drawn at Total Motion’s discretion.

15. Total Motion’s decision on any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Total Motion reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

17. Total Motion reserves the right to replace the advertised model with one of the same or higher value depending on availability when the competition closes. The Mini [Cooper/One] model shown in our various promotions is for illustration purposes. The exact colour and specifications of the final prize will be chosen at Total Motion’s discretion.

18. If you have indicated your consent when entering, you consent to (i) the processing of your personal information by Total Motion on the condition that it will keep your information confidential; (ii) the retention by Total Motion of your personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes; and (iii) Total Motion using your information to send you information about products, services, and special offers that may be of interest or value to you. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

19. Total Motion reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Total Motion and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Total Motion.

20. By submitting an entry all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

21. As far as permitted by law, Total Motion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by any entrant or the winner in relation to the promotion or the prize. Total Motion will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees incurred by the winner in collecting, using or enjoying the prize won in this competition.

22. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
