My sister is thinking of renting out her house in spain.
Has anybody done this? do you know what the agent fees are likely to be? is it a % like in the UK?

Find a Spanish forum, probably an ex-pat one since it'll be in English.0

She will need expert advice on Spanish landlord/tenant law.
As a UK forum you are unlikely to find it here (though you might be lucky!).
She needs to research
* agencies - how they work in Spain
* Spanish tax
* Spanish landlord obligations/responsibilies
