If this post is actually true hopefully they can bulldoze the property in spain, repossess your house in the UK and actually make you pay your credit card bill with the money from selling the house.

However I suspect this OP and the Brothers Grimm have something in common, they both make up tall tales

So I will have 2 phone the CCC and explain
And my position it 's true as we banked on selling the house in the UK(to pay off the cc) but the market crashed!!! So we ended up in this mess as we prefer 2 live abroad!!!

Robbie - actually its not real problem that you didn't post on a new thread, it was just that this thread then got hijacked by some trolls posts after so was unclear if your post was genuine or not. These posts have now gone.

Basically as I know my ABC says. The will take action to recover the debts. This will start with CCJs but could get worse, turning into secured the debt on your house via charging order and even possibly forcing sale of the house as you are not actually using it as your family home.

You need to contact them and arrange a repayment plan your should be able to avoid this action.

I owe nrly 3 grand to real personal finance for a loan but I am currently unemployed and cannot afford to pay what they are asking for what can they do?
