My vehicle recieved a charge of £90 for "overstaying its welcome" by a mere 13 minutes in a B&M carpark.
As the registered keeper, I have read through the invoice and was close to using it as a substrate for my animals to use. However, I have decided to try and get this invoice waived as I feel a charge of £6.92 per minute is a bit excessive.
Is my best course of action ignoring the G24 con artists and complaining straight to the store manager?
The other thing, there is no recollection by anyone of any warning signs as the entrance of the free car park is shared by a KFC - this is where the vehicle entered and exited.

As above, ignore PCNs in Scotland, but feel free to complain to the store manager if you like.
Read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES as this will explain why it's OK to ignore PCNs in Scotland and NI, but not in England or Wales.
Expect a raft of bog paper, sorry, I mean debt collectors letters whilst you give the PCN a good stiff ignoring. The NEWBIES thread post 4 tells you why you can ignore debt crawlers anywhere in the UK.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
