Hi all

I'd be grateful if someone with experience could tell me a bit about the switching to to get the gift card. Do I have to shut down an existing account or can the two be ran concurrently?

Would love to get the gift card before Xmas. Would be a fan Xmas lunch if I could!!

"Switch Service" unavoidably closes the old account.
This is the same for all switching bonuses.

I applied 3 weeks ago online to switch a/c. they said I need to phone them.
After a week, they phoned me, to confirm a few things.that was a week ago.
She said, no problem, the papers would be in the post and an e-mail within 24 hrs.
Nothing yet.
2 choices, and they are both theirs.:cool:
