Not that the disability thing is of any great importance. It was really just the icing on the cake.

Surely you don't work 7 days a week. What about on a day off? I know some call centers limit weekend hours but I've never known any closed both Saturday & Sunday.
He seems to have time to post on an Internet forum at 4:18pm on a weekday so I would suggest the OP phones at this time.0
