What does Homebuyer Report and Valuation influence?

Hi all
We're buying a house and commissioned a home buyer's report and valuation (via mortgage company) on our new house.
All came back well regarding the valuation price but the homebuyers report and valuation states the house is a 3 bedroom house, when it is infact a four bedroom house.
I called the surveyor today and after being palmed off by a very unhelpful assistant twice, the surveyor finally called me, and as near as admitted he had clicked the wrong box on the drop down box when clicking the number of bedrooms on the report. And checked quickly by looking online at an old house advert online when it was a three bedroom house (it's recently been converted to a four bedroom house).
I asked for a new HB report to be sent out to me and he said he wouldn't be back in the office until later next week. I didn't think this was too much of a problem as its only us who sees the HB report.
However my OH has just got a letter from the valuations company with a valuation report saying the house is 3 bedrooms too.
Who sees this valuation report and what does it influence? Does it matter since the valuation is correct?
I obviously am going to get it corrected but just wanted to know if it's going to hold anything up with the purchase since I'll have to supposedly wait until next week to get it corrected.
Do I have any grounds to make a complaint tomorrow saying it's unacceptable that I have to wait more than a week for them to rectify their mistake?

Loft conversion?0

Nope, big bedroom split into smaller bedroom and an office (big enough for a bed).0

It's not the value I'm concerned about, the valuation has come back as per what we've offered, so all is regarding the valuation, it's just fact it says there's only three bedrooms when there's in fact four now, and he admitted he saw them all when carrying the survey and it's his mistake, I was just wondering whether it mattered in any other form if the solicitors or bank were to take the information off it?0

* all is well regarding the valuation0

Nor any real problem with the HB report, any issues within the report still remain.
If you are really concerned cross out where it says 3 and write 4 the HB report is only FYEO.0 -
Pull out of the purchase.
You thought you were buying a 4 bed house and you now have a report saying it's a 3 bed as this one clearly does not have enough bedrooms for you.
Find another house.0 -
I have viewed the property twice, I know it is a four bedroom property it seems to be just a typo after speaking to the surveyor I just want to know if this typo is going to have consequences down the line if it isn't rectified immediately as I don't know who sees this valuation report or HB report and how much the bedroom figure matters?0
