Bought a car on my credit card from Dixons

Unfortunately I was unlucky enough to buy a used car from a Dixons Citroen garage just over a week before they went into administration.

I am not 100% happy with the car, for a few reasons: I've been told that the 3 months statutory warranty and the 12 months additional warranty I was given are now invalid. I only agreed to buy the car on the grounds that they backed it up with a 12 month warranty. There is a squeaky noise from the clutch, which I'm worried about, and there was a smell from the air con that they promised to get rid of and didn't (they said they'd clean it and re-gas it, but I don't think they did).

Anyway - I paid for the car almost entirely on my HSBC credit card (I have the money in my bank to pay it off - insurance money from my previous car which was written off because of flood damage - I'm not having much luck!). Does this mean that I am covered under s75 CCA and that I could return the car and get my money back (the garage is now operating under Evans Halshaw, but would I go back to them - or contact the administrators?).

And if I am - how on earth do I go about doing something about this?!

Can anyone help?

Id call the bank and see, I reckon it will probably be a grey area and only a bank after a good look at the rule boom will be able to give you accurate clear advice
