Thanks for replies, think I'll just have to send generic cv applications to those jobs I'm not interested in with unsustainable incomes and spend time on the positions of genuine interest. Really angers me that I have to waste time and play this stupid game to satisfy their number crunching.

You are aware there is more to a job application than copy and paste, or attaching the same cv to the a generic email?
They love numbers Reuther than quality?

Whilst not wishing to enter into a debate about quantity v quality, I assume that you attend Maximus 90 minutes per week but are unemployed the whole of the week. In which case they are really asking you to apply for that many jobs per week - not hat many jobs in 90 minutes, A working week is around 35 - 40 hours per week. Whether that is a reasonable period would then depend on the jobs reasonably applied for,

Indeed, and if they are insistent the jobs are submitted whilst the OP is at their office, she can simply save them at home and be ready to send them when she gets there. Seems a simple solution?

I was mandated to do this once, They want 10-15 jobs in 90 mins, I went once and spent my whole time helping other clients there who couldn't use a PC (by request of the advisor might I add, since she was clueless too). I spoke to my advisor and told them I was getting pestered after helping once and couldn't concentrait at their offices, I didn't get mandated to go in again after that.

No, they're not. They say in 90 minutes, they mean in 90 minutes. They will ask for proof if they don't think you're doing it. If you don't prove it they will sanction you.

The rest of the week you're expected to keep job searching too, but they still want the set number of jobs in the time stated.

They could. I'd be very careful not to let them realise that though. They may well say you haven't been job searching while there and must find and apply for the jobs during that time rather than beforehand. Places like that can be very awkward when they want to be.

It is definitely 10-15 jobs in the time spent there during the Work Programme. I also ended up helping other clients whilst there and my advisor just thanked me, wasn't lucky enough to be told I need not attend. I have also been told it is not a legal obligation to attend but I daren't risk pushing that one....!!

Their motto is laughable 'Working with the Government to serve the People" to serve their own interests and finally get what they're pushing for....Full time voluntary work for receipt of benefits.
