Just bought Google Nexus 7 2013
On my computer the 'star' in the top RH corner gives me option of retaining my favourite sites as a list down the page.
The star on the tablet refers to "add bookmark", then 'Folder' - Mobile bookmarks.
Is this the same as 'favourites' ? Where is Folder/mobile bookmarks ?
Can I get the list of favourites (bookmarks ?), to appear on the AOL homepage, as it is on the computer ?
thanks

Not from Internet Explorer.
The easiest solution appears to be: install Google Chrome onto the PC, set up a Google account (a Gmail/Googlemail account counts as a Google account), let it import your favourities/history/settings from Internet Explorer, sync the details, then sign in to Google Chrome for Android with your Google account, resync and that should do it.
That's the theory.0 -

:rotfl: love it... unfortunately a lot of these "theories" don't often work as you would logically expect. I'm not disagreeing with you, I just think sometimes these companies design something to work as intended, but then it just doesn't
good luck to the OP, hope it does work for you......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -

sync the details ?
sign in to G C (for Android ?) (on the PC or tablet ??)
resync ?
Please expalin these 30 -
1. Put Chrome on your PC.
2. Sign into Chrome using your Google account.
3. Import your bookmarks/favourites.
4. Sync Your Google Chrome Bookmarks, Theme, and More.
5. Start Chrome on the phone/tablet and make sure it is signed in to your Google account.
Your bookmarks should be synced on both browsers.0 -

Are you still using the ancient AOL browser on your PC? Or are you using another browser and simply have it set to AOL as the home page?
If the latter then simply set AOL as the home page on the phone browser.0 -

Create a shortcut on your homescreen instead of using the default Chrome shortcut.
