Ceiling leak repair

Hi
We have developed a leak from the kitchen ceiling which seems to be from the central heating, as it only occurs when introducing water into the system, and then the leak stops when the pressure goes down. To me it seems quite clear where the leak is from, which is above a wooden/plastered ceiling with spotlights, I can see pipes through the spotlight holes but obviously not enough to see exactly which pipe is leaking.
Can someone advise me of what tradesperson I need to call to fix this problem? Will a plumber make access to the pipes and repair the ceiling afterwards too?
I have home emergency cover who have said they will repair the pipe but need to arrange my own access and repair. I've also called my home insurance who have said they will get back to me but I'm not sure if they cover the costs of trace&access and repair
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -
they may well access the pipes from above assuming the kitchen is not below a flat roof
they will just lift old style floorboards or cut access holes in the flooring boards to access the pipesEx forum ambassador

The area directly above is the main bathroom which is tiled so I think it'll be more difficult and cause more damage going that way.
@Ms Chocaholic thanks for the link, I think that would work except I don't have direct access to the leaking pipes0 -
Had problem with my pipes leaking used Fernox F4 express. Did the job. I injected it using towel rail in bathroom or you can use filling loop.
