Compensation for rejected claim

I am about to start a claim for potentially missold PPI, I have made a recent post about the circumstances. I am wondering if I try to handle it all myself and I get rejected for whatever reason, and then decide to go through a third party, would you be able to claim compensation if the third party were successful.
If the third party were successful in a previously rejected claim, they would be entitled to their commission. The claimant would seem to be out of pocket.
So if a private claim were rejected, and six months down the line the claimant was so mad it was passed to the professionals, and they succeeded. Could a claim be made for recovery of the professionals fees?

If your complaint is rejected you can refer it to FOS, a CMC can't put in the same complaint again on your behalf (when they realise you've already complained, it will simply be rejected)0

CMC are not professionals by any stretch of the imagination

Put the claim in and take it to FOS if you don't agree with the outcome.
A claims co only post the form off... that is worth upwards of 25% plus vat to them, what a good deal

You have six months from when a business tells you that you can go to FOS to do so. Unless the business makes an error, it will then be too late and FOS cannot look at it.0 -

This is just not going to happen. These companies are not "professionals" in any way shape or form, just Cowboys who pretend they are. They can do nothing that you can't. If they reject your complaint then they are not gong to change their minds because you get a CMC involved (barring new evidence, which you could just as easily present yourself). There is no difference in the FOS uphold rate between direct and CMC complaints.0
