Transferring money from spanish bank account

Hi everyone, hope someone can give me some advice.
my daughter has been working in Majorca and has a Spanish Santander account. She has now returned home and was unable to arrange transferring the money to her UK account before leaving and had left details for someone to do this in her name.
she has now been told that they cannot do this and has to go into the Spanish branch. Is there any way we can do this without returning to Spain. I have thought about setting up internet banking and trying to deciffer the Santander es website to obtain a login . Will I be able to do this or does anyone have any other advice.
many thanks in advance
Ali

If she can access internet banking for the spanish account she can use a site such as TransferWise to transfer money from her bank account to her UK account with low fees:
https://transferwise.com
Depending on the amount you may also be able to use her debit card to make the payment from her bank account for the transfer0
