The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing
date of the prize draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner
or should the winner be unable to accept the prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize
to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
Should the prize become unavailable,
a substitute prize of equal value shall be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a four night,
two centre holiday for two to London and Hertfordshire.
The prize package comprises:
• Two nights 5-star hotel accommodation in London;
• Two nights 5-star hotel accommodation in Hertfordshire;
• £250 total to cover travel expenses and spending money;
• Two tickets up to the value of £100 per person to a
West End theatre show of the winner’s choice;
• A return Regent’s Canal trip from Camden Lock to Little Venice;
and £250 total to cover travel expenses
between London and Hertfordshire and spending money.
9. The prize must be taken as one package.
10. Accommodation is based on two people sharing
a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis.
11. The prize does not include travel arrangements;
travel insurance; food and drink;
personal expenditure over the allowance specified in Condition 9,
above; or incidental costs,
other than where mentioned.
12. The prize is valid for travel before November 30, 2016
and excludes the Christmas and New Year’s period,
Valentine’s Day, Easter, school and bank holidays.
The prize must be booked at least 90 days in advance
of travel and once confirmed,
the booking cannot be amended.
On arrival at the hotel,
the winner will be required to present a valid
credit card as a security deposit.
The winner will be asked to provide three
preferred departure dates,
each at least one month apart.
The winner and their guest must travel together at all times.
13. All elements of the prize are subject to availability,
non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
