1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Stokes Sauces Ltd or anyone associated with the promotion.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via https://www.stokessauces.co.uk/handpickedhotels and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, delayed or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted and Stokes Sauces Ltd accepts no responsibility for these.
4. The winners will be drawn at random from entries following the closing date of the 31st January 2016. The winners’ names will be published on our website and social media channels and will also be notified directly by email.
5. Registration details must be filled in correctly and honestly to be eligible.
6. Entrants will automatically be added to our monthly email newsletter.
7. All entries must be received by midnight on 31st January 2016.
8. The winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner within a reasonable time period or should a winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. All winners will be selected at random.
10. All prizes are as stated, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
14. Travel to & from the hotel is not included as part of the prize. Winners will need to make their own travel arrangments for all prizes.
