Effect of US mortgages to the UK

It seems that the recent US mortgage problems have affected the price of our investments, here in the UK. I have 2 that have dropped by 4-5% since 10th August.
I am looking for advice on whether to cash-in these endowments, 1 due to complete in December and another in 18 months or to leave them and hope.
Thanks for reading this thread.

It is difficult to say without knowing whether there are any penalties for cashing them in early, and what you are expecting to get out of them.
