I purchased a new laptop. My old laptop was windows 7 premium & my new one is windows 8. I tried to do windows easy transfer but it wont allow me to do it via a network. I have no access to an easy transfer cable or an external device.
Is there a way to move all my windows live mail emails from my old laptop to my new laptop?
Thanks in advance.

You don't need to export it.
Install Windows Live Mail onto the new computer first, it's part of the Windows Essentials download here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-live/essentials
Then on the old computer, follow these instructions and copy the folder with the emails in to something like a pen/usb/flash drive:

Repeat the process on the Windows 8 machine, but this time copy the files from the pen drive to the storage folder on the Windows 8 machine. When you fire up Live Mail, the emails should appear.0
