Pip after Tribunal Win
Comments
-
Does anyone know how long it takes its been nearly 2 weeks0
-
It often takes up to 8 weeks for DWP to put the tribunal decision into action. Even longer if DWP decide to ask for a Statement of Reasons to see if they can take things to the Upper Tier Tribunal.0

In addition to above advice - the winning claimant should never be asking for a statement of reasons as suggested above by Paragon99. This restarts the clock as DWP would have 28 days from receiving the SOR to decide whether to appeal. SOR can take 2-3 months to be drafted - so places a long extra time frame.Stuck on the carousel in Disneyland's Fantasyland
