The problem is that subsidence can be very localised - a house can suffer but its neighbours do not, although with a terrace if one house suffers it can affect the others.
I agree with AlexMac that "moderate" is a very subjective term - in meteorology a moderate risk is only just below a strong risk.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Oh right. Well we have decided to go head with the survey. It is completed tomorrow. I feel we have come to far to back out now without finding out more0
