SSE Home phone / Broadband switching T&Cs

Hi
Switched to SSE in May, but noticed I have been charged more and found out it is for Caller display later. SSE told me all the features on my previous line were transfered as in their T&Cs. However, caller display was offered free by my previous one, and SSE charged me £2.70 + VAT. I have obviously cancelled it as I don't even have a phone with a display screen now. Please be aware!
