I had an Everlasting Boiler installed 15 months ago, they have only just gone and registered something against my property with Land Registry yesterday (I get Land Registry property notifications). All payments are up to date.
Anyone else with Everlasting Boilers experienced this?
I do slightly regret getting a boiler from them, but I do plan on buying it out in the next year or so when I get my finances sorted.
I don't like their after care though, they ran the gas pipe in some stupid places which could have been done more neatly. When I complained about it I got told to email photos to some chap. I emailed the photos and he said he'd look into it. Never got back and that was 3 months ago.

I too have had my Everlasting boiler around 15 months and also had them change my land registry details on October 27th.
I'm now trying to go through a remortgage and my lender will not release funds until this restriction has been temporarily removed. I contacted A Shade Greener, who want a £10 admin fee to do this, but would only do if if my lender sent an official request. They would not take the email that the lender sent to me as enough of a request.
I'm now stuck in between the lender and A Shade Greener trying to get this sorted out.

What does the restriction say and what else does it stop you from doing, if you have seen it?
I haven't bought a new copy of the title register for my property yet.0
