I'm absolutely not being apathetic:mad: Why are you assuming I'm not taking action? I've phoned, I've written, I have an appointment with my MP - I'm just amazed that they haven't even taken the first step of finding out my ex's financial position. Don't know why really.....................

Ok, sorry it just seemed that you hadn't done much from your postings as you hadn't said what you had done!! Ok, so you have an appointment with your MP - when is it? Hopefully it is soon and then you will get a response as they do respond MUCH quicker to MPs than they do to mere mortals such as us.
