When applying to get a CCJ set aside how long does the procedure take?

So from first requesting to get a CCJ set aside until you get a verdict, how long does it take?
Also what does this mean;
I have filed my defense for a setting a side of ccj from a dodgy now dissolved parking enforcement company.
I have just received a letter stating, The court has sent the letter by post and the envelope has been returned to the court marked: "not known at the address given".
The document is nevertheless served unless the address given on it is not the relevant address for purposes of rule 6.5 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
Can any one explain this to me better please? That is all it says. Is this good news or bad?
