Next Defaults

Hi,I'm just checking my credit score with Expirian,and apart from a few searches at once its pretty clean,except 4 month late yellow bubbles for a Next directory account,that I barely use?And when used have either paid straight up or returned the item for a refund?
I've written to Next for an explanation but wanted to get any input from here if I can?

Rather than writing to Next why not pick up the phone and speak to them? You can check your account online also.

Account is totally up to date,which also shows on Expirian,it was more the historical late payments(not defaults,having just read the difference) all of which are a yellow 1,so I assume 1 month late?

Could it be that refunds have not been accounted for?

After looking at my credit file I had some old late payments from Next and an outstanding amount from several years ago (ex girlfriend used account without my knowledge). Spoke to them direct by phone and they were very helpful once I explained situation and corrected all bar one late payment.
