My solicitor has sent me so many documents for the new build site I am buying a Freehold house at.
I have started reading everything, but honestly I don't have a clue as it's all majorly confusing. Lots of variation of planning generally as it's a big mixed use development still going on. There are people living there already and lots of transfers of ownership included in the bundle which are for the HA properties.
So far have- Question on if I can add a conservatory in the future or are permitted development rights removed- if this can even be done.
I know I am responsible for checking on their checking- what should I be looking out ? What questions to ask?

Just keep it all for when you want to sell. The solicitors will have highlighted anything that you need to be aware of.0
