cmc worth it

Is there any point going with a CMC ?
Firstly cmc send a generic letter to the lender which is not specific and therefore get rejected.

What's the point of them ?

Not unless you are lazy and/or silly.

Whilst many do use a one-size-fits-all template, some do not. Some just use the FOS form or their branded version of the FOS form.

standard templates can harm the complaint as
1 - the complaints handler at the bank would have seen that template many times before and will know its all made up.
2 - the template may contain things that can be proven wrong or lies and that harms credibility. In cases which require a balance of probability decision, the side that is most credible typically wins.
What's the point of them ?

1 - to make the CMC directors lots of money
2 - to keep unemployment rate of low skilled workers down in Swansea.
