Have you tried here:http://www.softwarepatch.com/utilities/dimage-driver.html0

I downloaded the drivers from the site listed but im not sure what to do now.
(Ive got windows 98 by the way)
Ive pluged the camera in via the USB cable and nothing is happeneing. The camera keeps coming up with 'Initalizing USB Connection' and after a while it turns itself off. I got the USB cable off e-bay (via a seller from Hong Kong), could the cable be the problem?I remember when this was just a little website! :money:0 -
Install the drivers first, then plug in the camera.0

Hmm. I'm afraid I won't be much help there; USB devices are pretty fickle things, even under Windows XP!
I can point you towards some some informative webpages though: There's a shorter version of the former page here, and you can also obtain technical support for your camera here.

If you find that none of that helps, however, all is not lost, for you can still use an alternative method of transferring pictures: a memory-card reader.
The Konica-Minolta DiMAGE Z10 uses Secure-Digital (SD) cards, so something like this would suffice. Or you could go the whole hog and get something that reads many different card formats, just in case.0 -
Thanks for your help, im going to get a reader (the one that reads lots of different formats)
