We're in Florida at the moment
In general though the holiday club is good and costs £23 a day. Granny is also happy to help out for a few days as well.0 -

In Spain with friends. It's gloriously sunny, though we're about to walk to dinner in a thunder storm!
We have a couple of days at home at the end, during which homework will be done, grandparents will have visited and the new Bond movie will be watched. We might also squeeze in a London museum, energy levels pending.
October half term is my favourite, though the kids are usually very tired. It's a long and hard term!0 -
We have a few days mooching around the local charity shops/ working from home. Yesterday we caught up with friends at Kids' Club for a cheap morning out, and will do the same at the end of the week. Today I dragged the children out of town while I gave blood; tomorrow I shall make them watch a couple of films off the Sky box while I try to plan next week's lessons (I'm an NQT).
In my old life I would have spent almost every day over in Bath for Heritage Open Week but nowadays, frankly, I don't have time! My poor children....They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

We usually have a fairly quiet week. My son was very tired by the end of the half term. On Monday my Son spent his Birthday money (this is becoming a bit of a tradition for this holiday) in the morning a dvd in the afternoon, yesterday we went swimming in the morning dvd in afternoon. Today he had a sports club but the remainder of the week is set to be similar to the start. It's actually quite nice just spending time doing very little...0
