Loan From Creation

in Credit cards
Hi,
I did do a search, but couldn't find a specific answer.
Have applied for, and been accepted for, a loan from Creation. It says on the email to now log in and esign the agreement for the funds to be transferred.
On logging in, it is showing as 'pending' but there is nothing to esign, it didn't say in the email that you need to wait 24/48 hours or anything.
Is there anyone with any experience of Creation loans and if so can they tell me, does it move from 'pending' to the esign section in a couple of days or something? I was accepted last Thursday (22/10) so would have thought it might have moved on a little bit by now.
I have tried ringing them but the number just rings out (not a good sign!!)
Thanks.

It could be your browser settings blocking a script from running. Try a different browser to log in.. . . On logging in, it is showing as 'pending' but there is nothing to esign, it didn't say in the email that you need to wait 24/48 hours or anything. . .
Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
