look for recent airport threads like luton and birmingham and formulate your popla appeal in the same manner

And also use stuff from the examples linked under POPLA advice in post #3 of the Newbies thread. Then show us your own POPLA draft like those posters you are cribbing from, did.

Well, I'm not as smart as you are guys. So I think I will pay, as all those appeals looks like a very long way to the end. And I'm not so good to face any court. Thank you for your advices.

You can also pay someone to do your POPLA appeal for you - but you can do it yourself though.
