Pink screen Xbox 360/ disney infinity 3.0

As the title says the kids keep getting a pink screen when playing Disney infinity 3.0 on Xbox 360 ,not sure if this is the game or Xbox?? as they don't really play much else on it , any help/advice would be greatly appreciated TIA

If it's the entire screen going a shade of pink or being completely pink, it may be your cable from XBox to TV, especially if it's HDMI. I've had this problem on various HDMI devices where the 'handshake' wasn't successful. I would get a pink or green shade to the entire picture. Make sure the cables are tight, and even unplug, and plug them back in.0
