I have a 1625rail card, when I look up at the fee of Battle(East Sussex Southeastern) to London Term, nationalrail website shows advance "Single from £6.65" with railcard, so I went to the station(Battle) to buy the ticket. The staff told me that the system of the station is different from the website, there are no advance…

Which Company were you travelling with? I am aware CrossCountry offer Advance fares on the day, but the last I knew this was only an option when purchasing online.
