Nat West, Old Defaulted account back on credit report,Second time!!!!

Options
So just checked my credit files after an alert and Nat West have reported an old defaulted account again, second month in a row, after initial expiry at the end of August.
After last months reappearance they pledged it would never happen again .

I bank with Lloyd's and for the second month running have received feeds from theCRA with this incorrect adverse information.

Have again made complaint,as this is totally out of order and is having a major impact on my credit worthiness.

Any ideas, anyone, as I have no faith in NatWest to correct this

Thanks in advance.

hmmmmm, so not the fact you don't pay your debts then, those pesky banks, warning other lenders of your inability to pay.

Rules are 6 years for reporting defaults why should that change on your say so
