Can't use Netflix app on Nokia Lumia 630

I have the Netflix app on my phone (Nokia Lumia 630). I haven't watched anything on this app for quite a while, and when I tried to watch something a couple of days ago, it wouldn't let me.

It happily shows what I'm currently watching, albeit on a different device, even where I'm up to in a certain show, but when I click play, it does the counting down thingy, and when it reaches 100% it closes and reverts back to my home screen. It will let me browse and search, add things to my watchlist etc, everything in fact except view programmes!

Any idea on what may be happening here and how I can fix it?

Just seen this on another site.

Your Netflix account is logged in too many places. Log into Netflix from your computer and go to account to check which are connected to your Netflix account. In my case it was my laptop and spouses phone. As soon as I disconnected my laptop, the phone started to work.

On another slant, apparently anm update was made to the app and lots of failures followed. I get the impression that MS has a problem with this but Netflix are trying to find a solution.
