Hello fellow MSEers,
I posted this a little while ago in the wrong area as I couldn't find you!
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5335570
So following on as per title this is the only quote so far.
Breaking out old blown Victorian stock brickwork around window to 1st floor of house.
Propping up existing window an reinstating brickwork around window with Victorian stocks.
Making good render around window with lime mortar to match as existing.
Making good brickwork and render gable end of roof adjoining neighbouring property.
Plant hire of props to secure windows and scaffolding tower. 2 men, 2 days. £1300 in London.
Also does this work need a party wall agreement? I will look when I have more time, but my thought is yes, but there was nothing mentioned to my family member regarding this.
I would be grateful for your thoughts.
TIA
