The last one was March time. They tend to do it twice a year but the dates do vary (although for the last two years at least, there has been one close-ish to Christmas.)0 -
A bit annoyed that the list MS office 365 in the list of products, but apparently Sainsbury's don't sell it anymore...what else I wonder?
Was going to spend it on printer ink but it looks as though Sainsburys sell ink at about £5 more per cartridge compared to other supermarkets for example, so even though it's effectively a freebie, is it worth doing this?0 -
I've also posted this in the Lego finds thread, but the Friends Lego Dolphin Cruiser is currently £30 in Sainsburys (next cheapest I can find is £46.49). If you get the toys double up voucher then this is even more of a bargain!0

I am absolutely gutted. I managed to double up vouchers for entertainment and for toys and was going to double up on clothes and then the store assistant lost my card! I stlll had £60 of points I could have doubled up in the other departments but unfortunately it now means that I am unable to as my replacement card will not be issued for a further 10 days meaning I will miss the rest of the double up.
I did get a £10 goodwill voucher but am gutted that am missing out on the equilivant of £60 free pointsMortgage - £2338.07 paid off Feb 2023 BTL 1 £51,089.10 £35789.36 paid off July 2025 BTL 2 £81,504.52 BTL 3 £77,497.020 -
Buyer beware!! I was about to exchange my nectar points to double up and buy a Fitbit Flex fitness bracelet. The price in Sainsburys today was £80 so I could double up 4000 nectar points and get £40 off making the Fitbit £40. However in Argos today the same Fitbit was £53.99 - I used 6000 nectar points to get £30 off leaving only £23.99 to pay and Argos gave me a £5 gift voucher for spending over £50. Moral of the story is - check the price of any product elsewhere before you double up your nectar points in Sainsburys!!0

I've spent too many points. I've gone into negative points
I've gotten a new microwave, vacuum cleaner, Xbox game and towels but I now owe nectar 2000 points :rotfl:0 -
I decided to see what they had in store that I actually wanted before doubling up - so I went and doubled up the points with the goods already in my trolley. I didn't want to double up and then get stuck having to buy something random just to use them...
I am happy with what I got though.
I bought a pair of trousers and two smart tops for work. All three items were half price already in the TU sale. Total sale price for the tree was £22. I doubled up £10 of vouchers, so they cost me £2 (or £12 if you include the points value) instead of the original £44.
I have another £10 of points on my card, but decided to leave those there this time.0 -
Great deal at Sainsburys today. New Adele album, 5 mini bottles of wine, a new double sheet and a salt and pepper shaker all for £20 in nectar points. The best bit was they added 300 bonus points and I only spent £1.25!May'18 DEBT FREE!
