I switched to Eon from the Coop on 24th October and not a peep from the Coop about my final bill and refund.

I can log into my Coop account and it says I have a credit but that is all. No readings or anything.

I did try phoning them but gave up after a while, my call couldn't have been important enough for them.
over 73 but not over the hill.

  • It'll be several weeks! But it will no doubt comply with 'industry standards' hahaha... Co-op first need E-on to provide them with the closing meter reads which you provided to E-on. If you're lucky, you'll have your money in time for xmas.

I am in the same position as you, left on 23 Sept. to go to Eon as well, on line access available showing credit but can not get a final bill from them

Have spoken to Eon and they say final readings have been sent to Co op, I have sent an e -mail to Co op asking for a final bill and refund, but if my past experience with them over the last year is anything to go by I will not hold my breath.

I don't intend to contact Co op again and shall wait for 8 weeks and then contact the ombudsman.
