I am looking for a download of Office 2013 pro plus - I have the installation key - but not the software
My work email address is not accepted by Digital Rivers site (and has changed in any case)
Is there any way of obtaining the software for re-installation on my laptop ?
Will the evaluation version convert to a full version with my key ?

I would expect the evaluation version will accept your key. Not much to loose by trying it!

My 25 digit key code was not recognised as a valid office key
The code that I have - I have installed several times on 2 different PC's (Pro Plus allows concurrent installation on 2 devices) !!

If the evaluation is a download from technet then it will expire after 180 days. Download the correct copy here

Furthermore Office 2013 Pro Plus is a single use license key and cannot be used to activate more than one application. It seems like your licences key has been restricted by Microsoft. I got Office 2016 licenses on offer, PM me if interested.

OK Installed the program - on a formatted C: drive (so no cookies holding the previous installation) - the program believes that it is already activated - but no key is given - with no option to input a new key !

Navigate to control panel, programs, uninstall a program, click Office 2013 and select Change on the menu. The Office 2013 wizard should provide a option to enter product key.
