2 weeks into JSA, when someone wants to sign off how is this done ?
do you just phone them and let them know that you want to sign off ? or do you have to go into jobcentre?

there's a slip in book they give you. you send that back0

There's an address on the back of my booklet, it's really weird. It's like a mix of two address's. when I typed JCP and the postcode, nothing came up on google.
whats the best practise then? ring JSA or go in and hand in the form personally?0 -
Fill in your signing book remember to put the last claim date as the day before you start work even if its a Sunday, sign it, and then take it in to your JCP office.0
