From 27p a minute depending on the provider.
That number's the HSBC internet banking number so rather than calling it, a trip to http://www.saynoto0870.com says an alternative number is 01226 261226 which solves the cost issue if you get inclusive minutes.0 -

From a landline the Access Charge would be up to 12p per minute.
There's a comprehensive list of Access Charges here: http://saynoto0870.com/costofcalling.php
There will also be a Service Charge paid to the benefit of the called party and their telecoms provider. This is their charge for providing the chargeable service that you accessed.
For 0845 numbers, the Service Charge can be up to 7p per minute or per call. Whoever advertises that number should be declaring the Service Charge in close proximity to the number wherever it is advertised.
New FCA regulation comes into force on 26 October 2015 banning financial services from using 084, 087 and 09 numbers. Most services using 084 and 087 numbers have already moved to the matching 034 or 037 number.
Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and on mobiles.0
