The winner must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over.

Each call costs £1.50 plus your network access charge.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Trip to France
This element of the Prize consists of a seven-night trip for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Chateau de Candes, Candes-Saint-Martin, Tours, France (the “Trip”).

The Trip includes (for the winner and up to three (3) companions):

- Seven (7) nights staying in the Loire Suite at Chateau De Candes, Candes-Saint-Martin, Tours, France on a bed and breakfast basis with full access to the spa, castle grounds, and hotel services (based on the winner and three companions sharing the Loire Suite);
- Return flights from London Stansted Airport to Tours Airport, France (the “Flights”). This includes one piece of hand luggage (max 5kg per person) and hold luggage (max 20kg per person); and
- The winner’s choice of either private return transfers from Tours Airport to Chateau de Candes in Candes-Saint-Martin OR £450 towards car hire, fuel and parking (the “Transport”);

The Trip must be taken by 12 December 2016 and must be booked at least 60 days in advance of the intended departure date. The Trip cannot be taken on any of the following dates:

11 February to 18 February 2016 (inclusive); or
any UK bank holidays.

The Loire Suite at Chateau De Candes is subject to availability – where it is unavailable an alternative suite will be provided.

Where any of the winner’s companion are aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to France. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The trip includes car hire where the winner or one of the winner’s companion is the driver aged 21 or over (the “Driver”) of the car (the “Car”). The Driver must have a full driver’s licence held for a minimum of at least twelve months at the time of rental. The Driver must not have any unspent driving convictions for careless, reckless or dangerous driving, driving or attempting to drive whilst under the influence of drinks or drugs, using a vehicle uninsured against third party risks, theft or unauthorised taking of a vehicle, or has been disqualified (or anything similar) in the last 10 (ten) years or the rental will be refused. Similarly, if the Driver has 2 (two) or more unspent convictions for offences not listed above, their rental will be refused. The driving licence will need to cover the vehicle rented and Part 1 and Part 2 of the licence will need to be provided where applicable. Failure to bring a valid photo card driving licence may result in the rental being refused. If the licence is non-roman alphabet then the original licence and an international driving permit will need to be provided. If a second driver is requested then they must also be present when picking up the car, and have their original driving licence. An additional driver fee may be charged.

It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in France including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages.

The Prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.
