Barclaycard Cash Transfer

Does anyone know if you can use the 0% Barclaycard Cash Transfer offers to transfer into a non-Barclays bank account?
Their general website states 'into a Barclays account in your name', however their online banking offers page states 'into any UK account in your name'.
I remember years ago when doing this online, it automatically put the first 2 digits of the sort code in (which were Barclays), so it wasn't possible to do it to a non-Barclays account. Has this chance? (I cannot check, as my recent offer has disappeared).
Their customer service had no idea what I was talking about....
