Hello
Need some legal advice, my partner brought me a sky diving gift for Christmas last year, as we went to book today for next weekend, the lady on the phone said sorry it's out of date as was a 9 month contract!! And has been deleted from the system, I ask what do we do now with her reply that it nothing they can do, it's our fault,
So am asking what our are rights as £290 is a lot to loose.
Any help will much appreciated.
Thank you

Any expiry date in the t & c's that you read when it was purchased?0

You have no rights, you failed to book the course in the allotted time.

What did it say on the voucher about when it had to be booked and used?
If it was bought to be used by X date then there is not a lot you can do if you have missed the cut off.0 -
Hello
Thank you for your replys.
Ok just managed to speak to the owner and as a goodwill they will let us rebook for an extra £50. We do understand it was our fault by not following the terms and conditions of said contract. This is a lesson to us. And to others.
Thank you to all your replys have a good weekend.0
