If the mouse pointer is shaking and hard to click in the correct place then it will be a faulty power supply. It is caused by ripple current passing through the circuit.

Please clarify. You replaced your old/working/faulty charger with a new charger? Or you bought a new battery?

Does the mouse perform as expected without the charger on?

If not, it's likely to be the mouse and the charger is just coincidental
Check for dirt on the underside
Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.
