Please can anyone help me with my wifi issue.
I have a BT Hub and recently my broadband went offline due to a technical issue at BT. Basically the parental controls locked on and would not let me access any internet site. That has since been fixed, but after no wireless device would connect. BT helped me set up a new hub name, but still nothing connected.... Much later.......
I found on Google that all our Apple devices had to be reset from general settings on the handset or pad and that was fine, all re-connected to the new hub name. Perfect
Both Laptops though will not connect. Both show the 'old' hub name and will not show the new hub name. I have tried most of the usual tricks.
Restart the hub
Re start the laptop.
Search for new connection
Is there a reset on windows 7 platforms for wi-fi conections?

Click on the Wi-Fi symbol bottom right of your screen and open the network and sharing centre. Click on "Connect to a network" and that will show you all the available networks. Select the one that matches your SSID (hub name) and enter the new password when requested.0
