Watercolour Picture - Original or Print ?

I have 2 pictures which look like watercolours but trying to find out if they are original or prints.

The paper they are on look like watercolour paper ie bumpy not smooth. I googled the artists name and up pops his name and a bit about him, so known as an artist during the war.

Wondered if anyone knew anything about whether they are original or not, for instance can a water colour be copied onto watercolour paper.
