That's all very true, kem1.
The only caveat being that the DWP seems to take an inordinate amount of time to pay claimants who have never claimed before. The system doesn't seem to be geared up for it as compared with claimants who are on the system somewhere from previous years.Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0 -
