Regardless of whether you've had an email from the site, here's what you should do if you:
    • Paid more than £100 per item via credit card: Here, purchases are protected under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. This means in most scenarios you can contact your credit card provider and ask for a refund.
    • Paid via debit card, or paid less than £100 per item via credit card: Here, you may be able to get a refund from your card provider via Chargeback – though this only applies within the first 120 days of buying the goods. Also, unlike Section 75, Chargeback is a service guarantee, not a legal requirement.
Why not start with a simple chargeback for any card in the first place? It's much easier for both the customer and the CC company and CC companies usually are much more willing to entertain it than a s75 claim.

The article should have been written in the following way:
    • If you are within 120 days from the expected delivery date, contact your card provider and request chargeback.
    • If you are outside 120 days or they fob you off and you paid by a CC for an item costing more than £100, start S75 complaint against the CC company.
    As simple as that.

.withdrawal, NOT withdrawel ..bear with me, NOT bare with me
.definitely, NOT definately ......separate, NOT seperate
    should have, NOT should of
    .....guaranteed, NOT guarenteed
